B&N would never fulfill the orderby Anonymous

October 12, 2009: I intended to purchase two sets of these as gifts, but B&N canceled the order. A week after the listed ship date, I was still waiting for these items. I emailed customer service to ask for an update on my order status, and she said they were available and would be shipped to me within one business day. Four days later, B&N cancels the order because they were "unable to fulfill the order". That's fine...but why was I told it was available when it clearly wasn't, and why does the website still indicate it is available for purchase with a 24 hour ship time?
This is why I stopped ordering things from B&N online. I had not done so in a while because of a few order errors in the past. I'm sorry to see that nothing has changed.
