Description

This game brings new meaning to the term “full house.”

Just imagine what it would be like to have a herd of giant moose eating out of your refrigerator, sleeping in your bed, and bathing in your bathtub! The absurdity of the situation is enough to make you giggle, which is part of what this game is all about.

Laughter is an important component of any group gathering, and There’s a Moose in the House is the perfect game to bring out for a round of light-hearted fun. Just be careful if you invite a moose over to play, as they hate to lose!

For 2 to 5 players.

For ages 8 and up.

March 30, 2009: My kids love this game. All cards are played face up, so you always know how you stand in relation to other players. The first few times we played, my kids were probably 6 or 7 years old, and were tentative about playing a "bad card" on other players. They were used to always playing nicely with others. Before long, they really started enjoying playing these same bad cards on whichever player seemed to be winning. The game storyline is silly. My kids still find it funny to have a moose browse the refrigerator, or take a bubble bath. Though they are now 11 and 12 years old, they often pull out this game when friends come over. As an adult, it is fun, but if you are a child, it is apparently hilarious! -Also, it can be played in less than 10 minutes, which is always a plus given our busy schedules!
