Based on a 2nd grade curriculum, Scoop is a delicious matching game in which players roll dice and play cards to match the ice cream cone created by the roll. Playing cards include a combination of flavors (bubble gum, chocolate, mango, mint, and peppermint) and number of scoops (one to five scoops).
When a player's card matches the dice roll, they shout out "Scoop!" and collect a Banana Split marker. The more matches they have, the more Banana Splits they will collect in order to cover their marker card. Special cards such as "Milkshake" and "Double Dip" can mix things up, leaving players holding an empty cone.
For ages 7 and up.
For 2 - 4 players.

October 21, 2008: This is a great game for the family - it can be equally fun and competitive, depending on with whom you're playing. It is a pattern-recognition game, but my kids liked it better than "SET" because there are cards that certainly level the playing field. Bright graphics, good quality. A great holiday gift!
