January 05, 2008: These pens are great for any Harry Potter fan, but they do have some drawbacks if you intend to use them. First- they are bottom heavy. The house symbol on the end is heavy and will lead to hand wrist fatigue if you use them for long (meaning 20 minutes or longer in a sitting). Second- the enamel paint rubs off fairly quickly if you use them. Finally- the ink runs out fairly quickly. However, I replaced the original with a standard refill and it works fine. As a note, the Hufflepuff pen is the most uncomfortable pen in the set to use- those little bumps inside the diamond pattern are kind of sharp.
