August 22, 2009: I am really happy with this wand. I love harry potter and i wanted an official wand from noble collection. I read that the ones that do not light up are not really good for playing with because they can break. so i got this one instead. the light is really bright and when you push the button it dims and gets brighter like in the movie. when i first recieved it i used some older batteries and it didnt dim, it just turned off. so i thought it was broken but i descided to try some fresh batteries before i sent it back. the new batteries did the trick, it works perfectly now. like i said before the light is really bright i actually keep it next to my bed and use it as a flash light. it easly lights up my whole large bedroom. it turnes on and off with a flick of your wrist. (dont forget the magic words).

very fun for kids of all ages and a special treat as a book light when reading harry potter to the kids. or when they are reading it themselves.

June 23, 2008: Awsome wand though I just ordered it and it hasnt come in the mail yet. " been a day and a half "It could be brighter but it still is cool if you are a Hermione Granger fan. I'm 13 and for Halloween I dressed up as her for 5 years in a row!
