October 09, 2009: That it is, in my opinion!!! I have two of them. I used one as a carry-on for my trip out West last year. I use the other to carry my Spanish books and workbooks. The bag is very sturdy, well-made, expandable "belts" on both sides, large zippered pocket on the front of another large, open pocket. Inside has a couple open pockets and a nice cloth lining. Handles are very heavy, sturdy, to hold alot of weight. These bags are keepers!!!
