November 15, 2009: These are nice and solid and held all books I used them on in place without falling over. Best of all they don't take up much space on your shelves and aren't as expensive as some of the other choices out there. :)

September 14, 2009: I love these bookends! I was looking for a pair that was stylish and yet not too bulky. These ones are classy, and the brass gives them a nice sort of antique look. I would recommend them to all.
