April 14, 2009: I was prompted to buy these bookends from an advertising e-mail I received from Barnes & Noble. The original shipment only included one of the pair. It took four phone calls (all of which involved conflicting information from the customer service person) and an e-mail to get the situation resolved. The pair of bookends are quite nice.
